Screenprinted waterproof pillowcases and ponchos of homeless shelters in Downtown Los Angeles. The hand-drawn
icons are meant to have an inviting and warmer feel, which also is supposed to reflect in the design as a whole. An informational key holds the icons as well as explains what each shelter offers. My heart was to provide homeless people with not only an informational need, but also a physical
and an emotional one.
